Site 3PU0421 is the remnants of a historic structure found on the northern periphery of a terrace in a horse pasture in the east central part of Little Rock Air Force Base. The remnants of this structure consists of large, dressed sandstone slabs, which are up to 90 cm in length, found in bulldozed piles. Because of the disturbance to the site it is ineligible for inclusion to the NRHP.

Feature 1 is a cistern, built of dressed, stacked-sandstone. Feature 2 appears to be a sandstone foundation. Unfortunately, the site only has an estimated 5-8% contextual integrity remaining, making it ineligible for inclusion on the NRHP. No further work is required.
