This report presents the results of a Phase 3 data recovery performed at 44PG317 (the Charles Gilliam Site) in Prince George County, Va. (Fig. 1). 44PG317 was discovered in December of 1988 during construction of Route 295 in Prince George County. Phase 2 evaluations indicated that the site was owned and occupied throughout the 19th century by Charles A.
