Twenty-seven samples from Phase III Excavations in the Canoe Ramp Loop Road area of the Pardee Site (36-MR-5) in Pennsylvania, were examined for macrofloral remains. Corrected radiocarbon dates and artifact types recovered suggest that this is a multicomponent site, and place use of the features at different times during the Late Archaic to the Colonial periods, approximately 3770 to 350 BP. Macrofloral analysis is used to address subsistence at this site.

The Okami Site lies in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains in Georgia. Four bulk soil samples collected from different units at this paleoseismic site were submitted for macrofloral analysis to recover charred floral remains suitable for AMS radiocarbon age determination. Microscopic charcoal extraction was requested for two samples that did not yield sufficient visible charcoal to date. A total of three radiocarbon dates were obtained.

The mill was built between 1785 and 1808 and was used until 1829 when it was sold. Today, only a small section of the cylinder and the foundations remain.
