Author(s): Linda Scott Cummings; Kathryn Puseman

Year: 1992

Summary

Single mano and metate fragments from the Eberhart Site, CA-CRA-85, were

washed for pollen to help identify plants that may have been ground using these

groundstones. Two projectile points, also from CA-ORA-85, were analyzed for

possible blood residues, along with two soil control samples. These analyses may

provide insight into processing and/or other activities that the occupants of

this site pursued.
