Unifacial (0 = bifacial, 1 = largely unifacial). Symmetry (0 = symmetrical base, 1 = asymmetrical base [not broken], 2 = 1 broken corner, 3 = both corners broken, 4 = can't be determined). Use Wear ( none = 0, yes = 1, [may include grinding]). Basal grinding is listed in comments if use wear not clearly present.
