Phytolith analysis was undertaken at eleven sites in the Stacy/O.H. Ivie Reservoir Project Area. The purpose of this analysis was to determine the feasibility of recovering a sufficient quantity of phytoliths to recommend a paleoenvironmental study from both feature and stratigraphic contexts in the project area.
