Site 5RB2372 consists of a scatter of hearths located on the third alluvial terrace on the west side of Douglas Creek. The vegetation in the vicinity of this site consists of sagebrush (Artemisia), saltbush (Atriplex, a Cheno-am), mormon tea (Ephedra), greasewood (Sarcobatus), and tumbleweed (Salsola).
