A total of 29 samples were examined for the presence of organic material suitable for radiocarbon analysis. These samples were recovered from four natural bank exposures along Red Willow Creek downstream of Red Willow Dam in southwest Nebraska. Botanic components and detrital charcoal were identified, and potentially radiocarbon datable material was separated.
