This document is a Section 106 report consisting of a historic property inventory report and assessment of effects for the Honda Culverts Repair Project (813-17-007). The purpose of the project is to replace the existing culverts that are 12.5-foot-diameter, corrugated metal pipes that were emplaced during construction of this segment of Coast Road in 1979–1983.
