"An archaeological investigation of the above referenced project was conducted by the Department's Staff Archaeologist on October 21, 1982. The proposal involves a relocation of S-87, the construction of an 88-foot wide box culvert in the wetlands of Chinquapin Creek, and the channelization of the creek.
