Four samples from Skeeter Shelter, site 5EP46, were floated to recover charred macrofloral remains. This site consists of a small rock shelter and associated rock art located on the Fort Carson Military Reservation south of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Samples were recovered from an area northeast of the rock shelter from a small remnant terrace with an intact prehistoric occupation layer.
