On January 16, 1998, Archaeological Research Services, Inc. (ARS) conducted a cultural resources survey of approximately 2.8 acres of privately-owned land in downtown Tempe, Maricopa County, Arizona. The project area consists of most of the city block bounded by Mill Avenue on the west, Myrtle Avenue on the east, 6th Street on the north, and 7th Street on the south.
