Salt River Project (SRP) plans to build a fish barrier in Lime Creek, a tributary of the Verde River, on the Tonto National Forest (TNF), Cave Creek Ranger District, Maricopa County, Arizona (Figures 1 and 2). The fish barrier is required by the Endangered Species Act Section 10(a)(1)(B) permit and Habitat Conservation Plan for operation of Horseshoe and Bartlett dams on the Verde River.
