Testing behavioral approaches to cultural transmission in eastern Africa at Nasera Rockshelter

This study was designed and carried out by KL Ranhorn from 2014-2015. Stone artifact collections were stored at Leakey Camp at Oldupai Gorge and were re-curated there by Ranhorn, William Olemoita (Maasai student intern) and Maruufu Abdallah (representative from Tanzanian Division of Antiquities). The study has been described and submitted to the Journal of Paleolithic Archaeology.
