Summary

The reconnaissance level survey of Randolph Air Force Base was conducted in order to assess areas with a high potential for intact sites. Randolph Air Force Base consists of 2,894 acres of Air Force lands in eastern Bexar County, Texas. The survey was concentrated along the perimeter of the base although subsurface construction activities throughout the base were monitored. No archeological resources were identified during the investigations and no further work is recommended.
