Summary

Fill from a possible house pit at site 48SW16725 in southwest Wyoming was examined

for macrofloral remains to determine plant resources used by the site occupants. Charcoal

from this sample was then AMS radiocarbon dated. The feature was noted in the west wall of

an excavation trench for the MAPCO Western Expansion Pipeline Project.
