Summary
On December 28, 1988, RECON conducted an archaeological survey on the proposed Beeline Substation Addition in Scottsdale, Arizona. The proposed substation is located north of the existing Beeline Substation on the northwest corner of Hayden Road and Oak Street. Prior to the survey, an archaeological background file search was conducted at the State Historic Preservation Office, Arizona State Parks and Recreation Department, Phoenix, Arizona, Pueblo Grande Museum, Phoenix, Arizona, and the Department of Anthropology, Arizona State University. No sites were recorded within the study area. However, several sites have been recorded near the study area.
