Sediment samples from a cultural horizon within a lithic debitage activity area at Site 42GA3817 were examined for pollen and macrofloral remains. This multi-component site contains four lithic debitage activity areas with a Fremont component. A radiocarbon age of 990 ± 40 BP (conventional age of 1040 ± 40 BP) was returned for the cultural horizon. One pollen control sample also was recovered from the modern site surface.
