Between April 1996 and July 1997 personnel from the U.S. Army Engineer District, St. Louis conducted curation needs assessments at all active military installations in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and the District of Columbia.
