DOCUMENT Full-Text Linda Scott Cummings. Kathryn Puseman.

Pollen analysis of three samples from site 41 MQ73 focuses on recovery of pollen in sufficient quantity and preservation for analysis. In addition, nutshell fragments were submitted for analysis. This site is located in southeastern Texas where pollen preservation is expected to be poor. In addition, two ceramic sherds exhibiting residue were examined for their phytolith content to determine what foods might have been cooked in these vessels.
