The Texas Historical Commission received a list from the Environmental Management Office of buildings on the Fort Sam Houston Post which are proposed to receive new roofs in the 1991 fiscal year. This letter is the Commission's feedback on each building and whether or not the project would have "no effect" for each historical structure.
