This family housing condition assessment for Fort Sam Houston was prepared for the, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, (COE) by TRC Mariah Associates Inc. (Mariah) as directed by a Scope of Work (SOW) issued in April 1998. Fort Sam Houston is a National Historic Landmark (NHL), the highest level of historic designation under Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 as revised.
