Samples from canal features at sites AZ AA:12:91/103, AZ AA:12:111, and AZ AA:12:788 were submitted for macrofloral analysis. Charcoal and charred botanic remains selected from the macrofloral samples were then submitted for AMS radiocarbon dating. These sites were excavated during Phase 2 recovery for the Pima County Interconnect Project along the Santa Cruz River in southern Arizona.
