The purpose of the survey, conducted in accordance with Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, was to evaluate the significance of the BOSU in terms of the criteria of eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) (36 CFR Part 60.4).
