The results of the investigation found that at least half of the Little Midden Site (BR1933) had been mined for fill to be used at the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse and to stabilize unpaved roads during the 1950s. In spite of this portions of the site were still intact as evident by the presence of features and dense midden. The site does have the potential to yield additional information and as such is NRHP eligible under Criteria D. In addition human remains were found at the site and were...
