In order to ensure that no cultural resources will be affected by the proposed Wright Spring (Snaky Canyon) watershed project, an archeological survey was conducted on 250 acres of the Cloudcroft District, Lincoln National Forest, New Mexico, in April 1978. The purpose of the Snaky Canyon watershed project is to alleviate the effects of an arroyo which is deeply entrenched within the valley.
