Report and SHPO correspondence regarding the plan to construct property boundary and road right-of-way (ROW) fences at two locales: the Boles Wells Water System Annex (BWWSA, Area 1) and the north Main Base (Area 2). Project activities will consist of installing 4- strand barbed wire fences along current base boundary lines at both locales, and along a road ROW in Area 1, to stop trespassing.

On 15 November 1995, archaeologists from GeoMarine Inc. (GMI) noted disturbance to HAR-058 (LA 103418), a large prehistoric site on Holloman AFB (HAFB). This is the second incident of disturbance reported for this site in 1995.

A total of 31 previously unrecorded archaeological sites was documented. Nine of the newly discovered properties are attributable to prehistoric activities.
