The Acer Fergii Site, 48CA3227, Campbell County, Wyoming, located a few kilometers north of Antelope Creek, is a Late Plains Archaic and Late Prehistoric campsite. Loam and clay sediments give way to exposed and weathered shales across parts of the site. Local vegetation includes sparse sagebrush, short prairie grasses, and prickly pear cactus.
