Summary

Fill from a single hearth at site 10-43-1 in Emery County, Utah, was floated to recover

macrofloral remains. This site is a small lithic scatter with a single hearth and associated firecracked

rock, possible groundstone fragments, one hammerstone, and a single biface.

Macrofloral analysis is used to provide information concerning plant resources utilized by the site

occupants.
