Summary

Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of the 8-

hectare BC&W Tract on Hilton Head Island in Beaufort County, South Carolina, in October 2004.

This work was conducted in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning the

management of cultural resources that may be affected by development activities on Hilton Head

Island in the coastal zone of South Carolina.

General Note: Site 38BU2162 was deemed ineligible for protection under the NRHP act due to it only being a lite scatter which had been drastically altered by years of intensive cultivation of the area.
