Summary
This letter of correspondence was written on behalf of the Center for Archaeological Research (UTSA) to the Western Archaeological and Conservation Center with concerns over a pending project. The Lackland Housing Expansion Project was awarded to the Western Archaeological and Conservation Center in July 1996. The items of concern focus on an evolving project plan that was originally submitted in June 1995, but has since then taken on numerous and continuing changes in the scope of work.
