Summary

A signed agreement stating that the Department of the Army has determined that continued operation, maintenance and development activities at Fort Sam Houston and at its Camp Bullis sub-installation will have an effect upon historic properties included in or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Therefore, the Army, the Texas SHPO, and the Council agree that operation, maintenance and development activities at Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis will be administered in accordance with the following stipulations to satisfy the Army’s Section 106 and Section 110 responsibilities for all undertakings of these programs.
