Summary
This document is a report documenting the FY15 site condition assessments in Zones 4 and 5, using the previous systems setup by Applied EarthWorks, Inc. The condition assessments effort was split between CH2M HILL (CH2M) and Albion Environmental, Inc. (Albion) in the interest of completing work within the period of performance. Sites in Zones 4 were assessed by CH2M and sites in Zone 5 were assessed by Albion. This report documents the results from the condition assessments and provides a discussion about the efficacy of the system used to assess site conditions. The report discusses potential problems regarding the methods used to assess site conditions and outlines recommendations to help improve these methods.
