The current policy for painting facilities revolves around architecture compatibility. Randolph AFB basically employs a tri-color exterior scheme consisting of FED-STD 595 (Rev A) colors only. Approved schemes reflect changes in policy effective with this letter. Deviations from this policy require Wing Commander approval.
