An intensive cultural resources survey was conducted at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado, in advance of proposed land acquisition adjacent to the present boundaries of the installation. From October 6–8, 2009, Geo-Marine, Inc., conducted an archaeological survey of 333 acres. One archaeological site with three loci was discovered during the survey.
