Site Form for 3PU0456. Site 3PU0456 consists of the remaining portions of the Arkansas Ordnance Plant (AOP) which are found within the Little Rock Air Force Base. The AOP was a government-owned, contractor-operated (GOCO) facility that was constructed during 1941-1942 and which was closed in 1945.
