POLLEN AND MACROFLORAL ANALYSIS AT SITE 48SW550, BRIDGERMINE PROJECT, SOUTHWESTERN WYOMING (1999)
DOCUMENT Full-Text Linda Scott Cummings.

Site 48SW550 represents three occupations during the Late Prehistoric Uinta Phase. Four features from the lowest two occupations were examined for their pollen and macrofloral remains to address questions of subsistence. These features are all shallow basin pits containing charcoal and a few rocks. Interpretation of probable economic activities that might be associated with these features rests largely on the archaeobotanic record.
