Samples from 21 sites excavated as part of the Mid-America Pipeline Company's Rocky Mountain Expansion Loop pipeline project in eastern Utah and western Colorado were examined for macrofloral remains. These sites represent a wide range of site types and occupations, including the Archaic Era, Formative Era, Anasazi Pueblo II, Protohistoric, Ute, and Historic periods.
