This report describes the results of archaeological investigations undertaken at the Cake Ranch site (AZ AA:7:3(ASM)). This work occurred prior to the construction of Lateral Segment 5 of the Central Arizona Irrigation and Drainage District South Distribution System. The Cake Ranch site is located approximately four kilometers west of the town of Red Rock, Arizona in Pinal County, Section 10, T10S, R9E.
