X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy was used to study obsidian artifacts collected from the Trappers Point Site, a multicomponent Early Archaic pronghorn processing site, located west of Pinedale, Wyoming in Sublette County. The trace element concentrations for artifacts were compared to trace element concentrations from known sources.
