The project area is located in Indian Springs, Clark County, Nevada, within T16S, R56E, Section 9 (Figure 2). It is a 17.4‐acre, roughly rectangular parcel bounded on three sides by Creech AFB and on the fourth (south) side by a frontage road paralleling the north side of US Highway 95 (US 95).
