Investigations were conducted along the Cumberland River in Tennessee and Kentucky including Lake Cumberland, Old Hickory Lake, Cheatham Lake, and Lake Barkley. Fieldwork included survey (pedestrian, shoreline, and shovel test), site assessments, site stabilizations, reconnaissance, mapping, and geophysical survey (GPR and magnetometer).
