Maner-Garnett House, Webb Wildlife Management Area 1996
New South Associates, Inc., as sub-consultant to Gulf South Research Corporation, conducted the excavation at Maner-Garnett House, Webb Wildlife Management Area, on July 16 and 17, 1996. The property is part of the “Westvaco” or “Palachucola” tract of the Webb Management Area which was acquired by USACE, Savannah District as part of the Richard B.
