Pollen and macrofloral samples were examined from site 26Or3 for the Carson City Freeway project in Carson City, Nevada. Twenty-two pollen and twenty macrofloral samples were analyzed during Phase II testing. An additional 60 pollen and 71 macrofloral samples were examined for Phase III. Twenty-two pollen and twenty macrofloral samples were collected from fill of structures and pits in the Carson City Freeway Phase 2 project. Fifty features were identified during Phase II testing. Analysis of pollen and macrofloral samples was prioritized to examine primarily structures. Eight radiocarbon dates have been received that indicate occupation between approximately 380 and 1760 BP.
