A single piece of groundstone and an abrader from site 35JE355 were washed to recover pollen and phytoliths that might inform concerning the use of these tools. This site is located along both banks of Lake Creek, Deschutes County, Oregon, where Highway 20 crosses the creek. The Lake Creek Site complex is situated on the east side of the crest of the Mid-Oregon Cascade Range.
