An archaeological phase IA resource assessment (ARA) of the proposed Rutland Transmission Line Reconductoring Project has been completed by the Northeast Archaeology Research Center, Inc. (NE ARC) on behalf of Central Vermont Public Service (CVPS). The project includes the reconductoring of an existing 2.5-mile transmission line in the Town of Rutland, Rutland County, Vermont.
