At the request of Premier Engineering Corporation, Flat Earth Archeology, LLC conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of approximately 7.28 hectares (ha) (18 acres [ac]) for the proposed 3-130J/J Fuselage Trainer Facility at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
