SRP is planning to construct a receiving station— RS-24— as part of the proposed Abel-Moody 230 kV transmission line project, currently in the siting process. As part of SRP’s land acquisition guidelines, SRP requested that Logan Simpson Design (LSD) conduct a Class III cultural resources survey of the proposed RS-24 site to determine whether any significant cultural resources will be disturbed by the construction.
