Response from Stan Graves to Richard Strimel, Removal of Rail Line Trestle Bridge and New Construction of Branch Exchange Shopette (1991)
The Texas Historical Commission sent this letter to Fort Sam Houston to inform them that the rail line trestle bridge that was being considered for removal was recently determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. As a result, the propose demolition of the structure will clearly have an "adverse effect" on the structure and its environment.
