The San Jose Heinlenville-Nihonmachi Project is located in downtown San Jose on the city blocks bounded by Taylor Street, North Seventh Street, Jackson Street, and North Sixth Street. Features include several wood, ceramic, and iron sewer pipes discovered through a series of trenches placed across what once was the back of house lots. The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed the proposed plans for the new Fast Food Chicken Facility to be built at the corner of Scott Road and Taylor Street, Fort Sam Houston. The Commission has determined "no adverse effect" in accordance with Section 106 Guidelines. Copied to this correspondence is Mike Hilger, Historical Architect, Fort Sam Houston.
